Did a Tiny Tale for a friend that is my attempt to answer the question, "Why are there so few female Transformers?" So.

I really need to get about doing a website.

At one point I was planning to get on Bravenet but I didn't have the money at the time to pay up the fees for a year. Nice way to sucker people. "$7.95 a month! Free domain name!" and then they wait until the page where you put in your credit card number to say you have to pay up the entire year at once. Nice. I'll have to write that one down somewhere.

Still haven't decided where to send "Public Assistance" yet. I may send it to Interzone, but one wonders at the postage as it will be going to England. Still. I guess it won't be that bad. It's not like I'm sending a brick.

Boo is driving me insane. He insists on jumping up on the table here and/or laying down on top of my Piece-I-Cology book while I'm trying to study, begging for food and generally making an aggravation of himself. I study at home because I know he and Fuzz miss me, but it's getting to the point where I may have to start staying at school a couple hours over every morning and studying in the library just to be able to concentrate. Which will of course make it worse with Boo. I guess I need to go get another bottle of canned air to spritz at them to get them to leave me alone. I don't want to since I know they're just bored and want me to pay attention to them.

That's the thing, when you're dealing with your own abandonment issues you don't want to add to anyone else's.

I am contemplating taking a few days off in order to deal with house issues, i.e. getting the roof fixed, doing a massive cleaning and clutter-throwing, perhaps getting people out here to do estimates on everything else that needs doing. I'd have to take the time off since people rarely show up when they say they will. DragonCon was not any kind of rest, really. Need to do this soon or we'll be in the Christmas season and I won't be able to. So.
