Just finished the first draft, so to speak, of that odd story I started some time ago. The experiment with gender-neutral pronouns. I dunno if it works or not but the thing is done. I don't know if I'll ever send it off anywhere but at least it's done. Now I can start on "Comet Catcher". I'll let it sit for a couple days then start re-reading and editing. Ended up being about 12K words, 20 pages single spaced.

Now to peruse the Interactive Mars Map and decide where the planetside setting will be. Acidalia Planitia in the northern hemisphere looks good, with what is described as "continuous subsurface ice". Hmm...
