Well, the Shuttle didn't launch yesterday. A faulty fuel sensor. On the upside, they will try again on Saturday, which would suit me fine as it's my birthday. I've managed to get the day off, so I am planning to pack up the 'scope and go to the NWGAA star party. I hope for clear skies, but given the track record lately that may be asking too much. Oh well. In any event, I'll be able to catch up with the gang.
There may be a possibility of going to the University of Georgia-Athens to do a 4 year or more degree in the near future. Conditions may be favorable to change majors yet again to something in the sciences. My problem is that being a science-fiction writer I pretty much like all kinds of stuff related to space. Narrowing it down to one field only will be difficult. But there is a possibility. It's nothing more than that. Never say "They could never survive that" and never call something a "sure bet" until you get in the door.
I've started back at school and discovered that part of the online algebra course doesn't work on my computer. So I have to go in to school in order to use the computers there to do that one particular bit. But as I was planning on that anyway at least once a week, it's cool.
In two days I will be 6 Squared.
Speaking of school, I must be off and get to work.
