Just got finished getting a new barcode for MO and re-doing the back cover and uploading it to CafePress. Had to pay $10 for this one since I think the free bar code place must only allow one per customer which makes no sense if it's free anyway. But this new one has the price code thingy on it, so I now await two copies with the new improved bar code. All this insures that those folks with the old bar code will someday be able to sell them for astronomical amounts of money, which I consider a win-win for all my friends. Anyway, when these new copies get in I can send off the application for the distributor and all will be well. Problem solved. (The distributor I'm considering requires the price code thingy.)

The distributor I'm considering is called Book Clearing House, they handle small press publishers and put them on the Ingrams database. I figure if you're going to pay $100 to apply they'll work with you. So within 6 weeks to 2 months I will have the potential to be in print worldwide, Charlene can go with the review, and booksignings and other merriment and mayhem may commence.

Well, now that all that's out of the way and my stomach is settling down from the anxiety, I can go have lunch.

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood today.

These days whenever anybody asks me how I've been I tell them the latest trials and travails with AAP and the book. For some reason I don't talk about myself, I talk the book and AAP. Either I'm becoming a businesscritter or I need to get a life.
