Just finished the first run-through on the editing of Aquaria. I forgot to get a word count but I think I cut out a total of about 7 or 8 thousand words. This works out to about 4%. I so totally missed Stephen King's 10% editing rule. Oh well.

I'm going to start over again after I take a nice long bath replete with inexplicable girly things like green mud that you're supposed to put on your face (the last time I saw glop like this it fell off a ceiling and attacked Spock). Then I am going to go eat. After that, I don't know what I'll do. But it should involve evil clowns, talking watermelons, and the Oscar Meyer Weiner blimp.
