Got my Georgia tax refund check in the mail yesterday. Almost $400. So I'm off to the bank before school today.
It seems Titan is even odder than we thought. Cassini's latest flyby data indicates there are oodles and gobs of hydrocarbons in the uppermost levels of its atmosphere. I still wonder where is all this stuff coming from? Why do you have this moon with such a dense pre-organic atmosphere when the rest of Saturn's moons are rocks? And what's the mechanism behind all the methane? It doesn't get enough sunshine to warrant this level of methane. So why?
So. It is a puzzle.
Oh, and why are those rocks in the Huygens photos rounded?
