DoL decision went my way. Postmaster failed to prove by predonderance of the evidence.

Of course she can still appeal that decision. I would assume since I can appeal, so can she. But we'll see.

It appears she did this mostly out of spite. The Post Office has one unemployment account for the entire service, not individual accounts for each office. And anyway, it's not coming out of her pocket, we all pay into unemployment. So I'm not exactly sure why she did this except for spite. Oh well. I don't see much use in that myself, but...

Went to Norcross today for a job fair at the Gwinnett Cty unemployment office. There were supposed to be 3 companies there. There was 1, and they weren't prepared for all the people that showed up. But I got info for the US Census and Clear (he WiMax company putting the network up in Atlanta), and will see what I can do tomorrow with that.

Will be going to Chattanooga on Friday-Saturday.
