Well, I can be wrong.

State of GA approved the unemployment, and paid the back payments of over $1k. So That was a huge weight off my mind. I won't be homeless and living in my car.

I went to Gainesville State yesterday and got ping-ponged between 5 different offices trying to track down the Work Investment Act program and finally got told I had to deal with the Dept. of Labor. I went to the DOL office on the way home and all they could tell me is to go to another office on Hilton Dr. At that point I threw up my hands and went home for the day.

Apparently the school knows nothing about one of their own scholarship programs. Go figure.

It was kind of surprising to be told I had to have up-to-date immunization records signed by a doctor. It's apparently mandatory even for 40-year-old 3 time college dropouts. I don't even remember the last time I had a vaccination for anything other than the flu.

It'll be fun trying to tell the new doctor that I did actually have the smallpox vaccine when I was little but that it didn't leave a scar. I was apparently immune to it already, so it didn't take.
